Full Spectrum Support Package
A Full Spectrum Support Package includes three IBCLC Visits.
A Prenatal Visit to give you the tools to avoid obstacles and prepare for the best possible breastfeeding/lactation experience with personalized breastfeeding / lactation education relevant to your own specific health history and needs.
A Lactation Visit when you are settled at home after birth and ready for a feeding "check-up" to assess how things are going, help with any necessary adjustments, address any problems that have arisen, and answer all of your new parent questions
A second Lactation Visit when you are ready for Back to Work / School Planning & / or Starting Solid Foods Planning (Can be used instead as a problem focused follow up visit if issues should arise.)
The third trimester of your pregnancy is a good time to schedule the start of your package with your Prenatal Home Visit. Weekend appointments are often available to fit your schedule. Please complete the Prenatal Intake Form and Standard Consent Form at least 48 hrs before our visit, so I can review your health history and any other relevant details in advance.
**Full Spectrum Support Packages give parents peace of mind. They also make great baby shower or new parent gifts from friends, grandparents, or others who want to give a truly meaningful gift of the support new families need the most.**
Payment is due at the time of first visit. (Except covered Insurance participants see Insurance Coverage for details.) For telehealth visits payment can be made electronically via Square secure payment processor invoice emailed to you. Coded Superbills to submit for reimbursement can be provided after each individual visit.

Full Spectrum Support Package Telehealth -- All Visits via Live Video Telehealth $350

NOTE: Most AETNA Participants can have up to 6 home visits, including a Prenatal Home Visit, with NO out of pocket cost. Many ANTHEM PPO, BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD PPO, CIGNA PPO, and some UNITED PPO participants can have 6 or more visits fully covered. See Insurance Coverage for details.
Most private insurance companies are required under the Affordable Care Act to reimburse for out of network, comprehensive lactation care, including a prenatal visit. For more information on Insurance Reimbursement See Insurance Coverage.
Medicaid, WIC and SNAP Program participants are eligible for reduced fees through the Financial Assistance Fund
